Minty Cucumber Cooler


  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz mint-infused simple syrup (see recipe below)
  • Slices of cucumber and fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

For the Mint-Infused Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
